the location was perfect. it was a super short walk to all the shops! the room was also great. i loved how clean everything was, and the thick fluffy towels were a nice touch (felt so luxurious!).

the ac only seemed to work when it sensed movement in the room. this made the room too hot, especially at night even though i set it to a comfortable temperature. breakfast felt chaotic, with not enough staff on duty. i had to clear a table myself on two out of three mornings to even sit down.

Fantastic City Centre Stay!

The reception area is open (and very cute). I found it beautifully clean throughout. The king room I had was clean with a comfortable bed and great pillows. I had no problem putting my bags away, as there was ample space and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I was very pleased with the room, especially the fridge and large TV.

The app to arrange room service was complicated to use. I wanted to order something, but I gave up because the app was so difficult to navigate.

Breakfast service included a wide assortment of food items. The variety of options should accommodate many dietary needs (I was impressed with the gluten-free options). The rooftop bar provided excellent drinks with a fantastic view.

The hotel features a gym with modern equipment allowing for a comprehensive workout. Luggage storage is available after checkout (I took advantage of it!). The nearby car park is very convenient for parking a larger vehicle.
